Booking a Private Charter Flight or Corporate Charter
A private charter flight or corporate charter starts and ends with you, the passenger. You are booking the entire aircraft and are the reason we are flying, so you have our full attention. During the booking process we fully detail your flight expectations. Each flight is completely customised, and could include extra items like catering or ground transport requirements? How much luggage can I have?
This will depend on how many passengers are on the plane. If full, typically each passenger can take 10-15kg. Soft-sided bags are preferred. If an aircraft is full, passengers and baggage maybe weighted to determine safe fuel loading limits.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Call us on 0407059285 to discuss any special requirements.
What is included in the price?
You are purchasing all seats on the plane and a private pilot or two if needed. The price includes fuel and the transportation of the plane and pilot back to home base. Water is also provided on the aircraft.
Do you have other aircraft types?
Yes, we have an extensive list of other aircraft we can hire on your behalf including jets and other turboprops. Just ask.
Can I bring my own catering?
Yes, or we can organise it for an extra charge!
Do I have to go through security?
No, you miss all the hassle of commercial flying! We will generally meet you at a General Aviation Terminal or for smaller airports at an air-side access gate, and take you directly to your plane.
How much time do I need at the airport?
Twenty minutes prior to departure time your pilot will meet you at the predetermined meeting point.
Where can I fly to?
Brisbane Flight Charter flies anywhere within Australia.
We can also fly to private airstrips subject to the condition and length of the airstrip.
